Hillary gets upset about cartoon sex.

Just read an article over at gamesspot, its fun to once in a while catch a glimpse of idiocy in its purest form, it makes you react much like a quick slap to the balls while your half a sleep trying to live through the hell of snoozing would.

The issue off which the article deals with is as follows; Hillary (former wife of Billie) gets upset over sex, pretty normal, most dumb people tend to get all censory when sex comes up, the difference here is that Hillary gets upset about sex taking place between cartoon characters in a friggin´ video game.
Lets be clear - its not even real people fucking, Its just pixels created by some artist who was told to draw (model) something that looked naughty.
Why oh why would you come to the conclusion that our kids needs protection from something like that?
Kids need protection from all sorts of things but cartoon sex sure as hell isnt one of em.
Sex is as normal a thing as eating a nice pancake or going to the toilet, sex is not dangerous and it sure as hell isnt dangerous when two cartoon characters performs the act on each other.

Being the activist I am I decided to take things into my own hands and painted a picture.

An interesting blog

Oscar Swartz (entrepreneur, founder of Bahnhof) has a nice and interesting blog, a blog that I just happened to stumble upon.
His latest post (Swedish) argues that not everyone will be winners in the "new economy", some people will find it harder and harder to find jobs amidst the competition from foreign workers (amongst other things). Interesting read, take a look.

Regarding live aid v 2.0

As much as we all enjoy lectures on African poverty from musically gifted white multi-millionaires, we should at least consider, just for a moment, the possibility that rock musicians have a limited understanding of the global economy.

Cant find my socks.

My mom once told me that the most embarrassing moment in her life was when she was a kid and was supposed to display her English skills in front of a bunch of teachers and parents.
The idea (I guess) was that kids get asked questions by the parents and then answer them in a way that´s supposed to make the parents feel warm and all fuzzy inside.
So my mom got a question about socks, it might not seem like a bad question but my mom would surely disagree.
Socks are called "Strumpor" in Swedish, and my mom was asked what socks are called in English, she answered "Strumps", a mixture between the English and Swedish words and a little something we call "swenglish".
She was embarrassed to say the least, so whenever I think of the word "socks" my brain automagically references "strumps" as well.

So what importance does that small story serve, well, nothing. I´ve just misplaced my strumps, ehrm, socks. And I really need them.

A friend once told me that when we die we are presented with all the socks we have misplaced or otherwise gotten rid off during our life time. I´m sure that will be a most pleasant experience.
An expericen I sure could use right about now.

Addicted

So it turnes out that West Wing basicly is crack cocain concealed (and distributed) as a harmless tv show, this has turned out to be most troubeling for my person.
The last couple of days have basicly been spent trying to NOT watch the damn show, but I usually cave in and end up watching around 4 episodes a day.
This is really interfering with my usual daily rutin of neglecting work so something has to be done, and since I have watched a couple of ol dr Phil programs I should have an understanding of all the inner workings of the homo sapien species.
This knowledge will come in handy as I fight my disease.

I figure that I have to switch my addiction with something else, I´m guessing that you have to make sure that the addiction that you had before you switched is more severe then the addiction you switched to, so has anyone got any ideas of what to switch to? Most answears should be OK, this due to the fact that the West Wing addiction is one hard mofo to come out of.

I will post any success stories as they unfold, thanks for helping me live a clean life without Sam, Toby and CJ.
